The Controller guarantees that the content and services offered comply with the principles of human dignity, protection of children and young people, and non-discrimination on grounds of race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability or any other personal or social condition.
These General Conditions of Use do not grant the user any rights to use, alter, exploit, reproduce, distribute or publicly communicate the application’s content other than those expressly provided for herein.
The content (information, audio and/or image files, photographs, designs, etc.) is the property of the Controller or has been duly authorised for use by its lawful owners.
The Controller undertakes not to engage in misleading advertising, and the following are prohibited:
Use for unauthorised commercial or advertising purposes.
The reproduction, publication, distribution or modification, in whole or in part, without the prior written authorisation of the owners or without legal grounds.
Any infringement of the rights of the Controller or of its lawful owners.
INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
The user acknowledges and accepts that all intellectual and industrial property rights over the content and other elements of the application belong to the Controller or have been duly authorised.
If a user or third party considers that there has been an infringement of intellectual property rights, they must notify the Controller, providing:
Details of the rights holder or their representative.
Identification of the protected content and its location within the application.
Proof of the rights concerned and a declaration confirming the accuracy of the information provided.
LINKS
The application may contain links to its own content or to third-party content.
The purpose of these links is solely to facilitate access, and the Controller shall not be responsible for any consequences arising from access to such content.
The creation of links to the application requires the prior written authorisation of the Controller.
UNILATERAL AMENDMENT AND DURATION
The Controller reserves the right to modify, at any time and without prior notice, the presentation, configuration and content of this Legal Notice.

The Controller does not guarantee, nor shall it be liable for, any damage arising from:

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions shall be governed by Spanish law, and any disputes arising from them shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Murcia (Spain).
